The sales team is growing as a part of this success, as well as one of the most successful training and progression plans that are evidentially working in terms of progressing early funnel sales team members through to more senior roles, growing both their customer base and revenue potential.
Working in a team of 10, under the guidance of some talented managers, the SDR works with warm and highly pre qualified MQLs to nurture them through to a more advanced sales closing process with the Account Executive team. select and introduce products and services for their needs You’ll be rewarded handsomely as your AEs close sales and long term deals with your contacts and get to learn the sales process in different parts of the team, as well as working closely with a very experienced marketing team.
Good quality people skills combined with ambition and tenacity is key here… At least 1 years outbound sales experience, ideally in a B2B environment, although we could consider consumer orientated sales too, or those well versed in the insurance industry.
