Client Service Specialist Salary – up to £40,000 Remote

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Service Specialist to join a growing Employee Benefits team, supporting a portfolio of UK and multinational clients.

This role focuses on delivering high-quality account management and client service across a broad range of employee benefits, including Group Risk, Private Medical Insurance, and Pensions. Manage and support a portfolio of UK SME clients, working alongside consultants on pensions, group risk, and healthcare schemes Act as a key point of contact for clients, handling queries and supporting relationship development Support renewal processes, including liaising with insurers, gathering data, and obtaining market quotations Prepare and manage client data for reporting and provider submissions Support clients with benefits strategy, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives Assist with M&A activity, including data gathering, analysis, and reporting Manage scheme administration, including membership changes and documentation Maintain accurate records across CRM and back-office systems Support compliance processes and documentation within the business Minimum of 3 years’ Employee Benefits experience within an insurer or consultancy Strong technical knowledge across Group Healthcare, Group Risk, and Pensions Proven experience supporting client relationships and delivering high-quality service Experience using CRM systems and managing client data Excellent communication skills across email, phone, and face-to-face interactions Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)…
