Strategic Sales Director – Tier 1 Service Providers (UK) United Kingdom (Remote) A leading global technology innovator in the telecommunications sector is looking for a high-impact, strategic sales leader to drive growth across the UK market. This role offers the opportunity to shape transformational deals , build senior relationships, and play a pivotal role in the evolution of broadband and digital experiences across the UK. What You’ll Be Doing Define and execute account strategies across key UK Tier 1 service providers Identify, develop, and close large, complex new business opportunities Build strong relationships with major operators and leading altnets Position solutions as a trusted strategic partner at executive and C-level Develop multi-domain strategies across access, CPE, managed services, and customer experience Drive pipeline growth, revenue, and long-term account expansion Lead cross-functional teams to maximise deal success and customer outcomes Provide insight into UK market trends, competition, and customer needs What We’re Looking For~15+ years’ experience in telecoms or technology sales within the UK~ Proven success selling into Tier 1 service providers and/or altnets~ Strong track record of winning new business and exceeding targets~ Deep understanding of broadband infrastructure, fibre, and UK market dynamics~ Expertise in value-based and structured sales methodologies~ Established network across UK telecom operators~ Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills~ Strategic, driven, and results-focused mindset
