Territory Manager Locations: South West England Salary : £50,000 – £55,000 per annum Commission : £16k (Paid quarterly)
The Opportunity Our client is expanding its commercial team and is looking for a Territory Manager to drive growth across key region. This is a high-impact role focused on developing relationships within hospitals, influencing clinical practice, and increasing adoption of a well-regarded product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve and exceed sales targets Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across NHS Trusts (including clinicians, nurses, procurement, and dietitians) Identify and convert new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accounts Deliver product training, demonstrations, and clinical support Work closely with internal teams including marketing and clinical specialists Manage tenders and procurement processes within your territory Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management
Key Requirements Proven track record in medical device or healthcare sales Experience selling into NHS/hospital environments Strong understanding of procurement processes and stakeholder mapping Ability to influence clinical decision-makers Self-motivated, organised, and commercially driven Full UK driving licence
