We are currently seeking a Full-Time Sales Assistant for the London Flagship.
Assists the customers in accordance with the Brand philosophy, service and quality standards Pursue the specific objectives assigned by the Store Manager in order to contribute in the achievement of the overall objectives of the store, both individually and in a team Deals with customer queries and complaints; Acts as ambassador of the customer-centric logic within the store;
Demonstrate good conversational English. Have relevant experience in retail or a similar ‘service’ sector. Ability to handle complaints and difficult customers politely.
