Maintain a focus on incremental sales of EvonSys’ services to prospective clients· Qualify leads from outbound efforts and marketing campaigns as sales opportunities· Respond to commercial and public sector RFx opportunities· Establish relationships with varying levels of buyers/stakeholders within prospective accounts· Refine and continuously improve prospecting and sales techniques· Capture and Report sales KPIs and other performance metrics· Develop a winning sales team that includes recruiting, hiring, and training when it’s time to scale· Successfully manage client and/or project escalations
7+ years of B2B sales experience· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University is strongly preferred· Comfortable working full sales lifecycle· Experience selling IT, Consulting, and/or Project Delivery services· Experience selling BPM and/or Low-Code solutions (PEGA Solution Sales)· Strong desire to lead their own sales organization· phone, social media, etc.)· EvonSys thrives on a work culture built upon human values, which is the core of our success….
