An exciting Climate Technology Start Up is seeking a Senior Account Executive, driving sales of their SaaS ESG data solution. Reporting into the COO you will manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, thereby driving growth and supporting the business’s expansion. The business already has enterprise clients as well as ESG and Carbon Accounting specialist customers, they are uniquely placed to become the leading provider of carbon emission data.
Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers and generating leads through research, networking, and outreach. Sales Presentations: Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiating terms and closing deals to achieve sales targets. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business. Sales Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and providing regular reports on sales performance.
Proven track record in sales roles within the sustainability, climate technology or environmental sectors. Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills. Experience in an ESG SaaS solution business or working with carbon emissions data for scope 3.
