About the Company We are working on behalf of a fast-growing, fully remote agency to appoint a commercially driven Account Director with a strong focus on client growth and value creation. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on identifying opportunities, building senior client relationships, and unlocking deeper, more strategic partnerships.
This role sits at the intersection of client services, commercial strategy, and integrated delivery. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including strategy, creative , digital , and PR , ensuring ideas are connected, ambitious, and commercially impactful. Alongside client-facing responsibilities, you will also contribute to broader agency growth initiatives and support senior leadership in shaping future opportunities.
Identify and develop growth opportunities within existing client accounts Proven experience in an agency environment at Account Director level (or similar) You’ll be joining a highly collaborative, people-first agency with a genuine sense of team culture, despite being fully remote.
