Sales Development Representative (SDR) – AI RevTech Location: London (Central)

We’re working with a high-growth, VC-backed AI SaaS business building a next-generation client intelligence platform.

Think beyond traditional CRM-this is a platform that interprets relationships, surfaces insight, and predicts outcomes, helping client-facing teams make better commercial decisions.

The business operates across Customer Success, Account Management, and Revenue teams, solving a genuinely hard problem around client relationship intelligence-a space that remains largely underserved.~~$Recently hired a top-tier VP of Sales to build and scale the commercial function~ The company is now entering a key growth phase and building its GTM team from the ground up.

Founding SDR position- shape the playbook from day one AI-first business at the forefront of how modern sales is evolving This is a founding SDR role-a chance to join early and help define how outbound and pipeline generation is built. This is not a volume-driven, KPI-heavy SDR role.

Instead, you’ll operate in an AI-first, high-performance environment , focused on: Quality over quantity Insight-led outreach You’ll work directly with leadership and Account Executives to build pipeline in a thoughtful, modern way.

Building high-quality pipeline across target enterprise accounts Feeding market insight back into sales, marketing, and product

Identify and prioritise high-value target accounts Use AI tools and real signals to inform outreach Qualify opportunities based on commercial potential 1–3 years in a in SaaS as a SDR~ Curious with Commercial awareness-you understand how and why companies buy~ High standards-focused on quality, not just activity~ Ambition to progress into an Account Executive role
