Our client is looking for a highly visible, hands-on leader who takes full accountability for their site’s operational performance. You will be expected to lead from the front, driving pace and service standards while maintaining strict control over commercial KPIs. Maintain a constant, active presence on the shop floor, leading all service periods from the front. Take immediate control during peak times, increasing team pace and directing staff to maximize throughput.
