We are partnering with an international events business to find a Sales Manager who can lead from the front, drive revenue growth, and deliver a best-in-class commercial performance across a flagship industry event.
Leading, motivating, and developing a sales team to deliver against ambitious revenue targets• Taking ownership of personal sales performance alongside team leadership responsibilities• Building and executing a commercial strategy to maximise stand sales, sponsorship, and overall event yield• Monitoring pipeline, forecasting accurately, and ensuring activity levels remain high across the team• Working closely with senior leadership to align sales delivery with overall event strategy
