Pure new business role with full ownership of the sales cycle Selling CX platforms and AI-led transformation solutions into mid-market and enterprise organisations Mix of outbound activity, SDR support and partner channels Focus on high-value, strategic opportunities rather than transactional sales Expected to land multiple new logos annually while building a strong pipeline
Experience selling SaaS or AI that improves customer experience in large scale organisations Comfortable operating in multi-stakeholder, enterprise sales environments Driven, competitive and takes full ownership of performance
