UK Sales Opportunity | Stretch Packaging Remote / Field-Based – UK Wide

We are working with a major manufacturer of flexible films and part of a global packaging group recognised as one of the world’s leading producers of plastic packaging solutions. With a strong reputation for innovation, sustainability, and customer partnership, we continue to expand rapidly across key markets. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a driven and commercially focused Sales Representative to join our UK team.

*MUST HAVE STRETCH FILM PACKAGING TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE*

This is a high-impact commercial role focused on both new business generation and account development across the territory. Growing and developing an existing customer portfolio valued at approximately multi millions £ across a number of accounts accounts• Managing a pre determined amount of tonnes of annual business while identifying opportunities for account expansion• Working closely with the Telesales team to convert qualified leads into long-term partnerships• Taking a consultative sales approach to understand customer challenges and deliver tailored packaging solutions• Advising customers on sustainable packaging solutions that support operational and environmental goals• This role will suit someone who thrives in a commercially driven environment and enjoys balancing strategic account management with proactive business development.

We are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated sales professional with strong commercial instincts and a passion for customer growth. Experience within B2B sales, preferably in stretch film, packaging, or a related technical product sector• A proven track record in new business development and account growth• A consultative and solutions-led sales style• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills• The ability to manage your own territory and work independently in a remote environment• Commercial awareness combined with technical curiosity and a customer-first mindset Experience within stretch packaging is highly desirable, particularly for candidates with a technical sales background.

Location & Travel• Fully remote / field-based role with customer visits across the UK• Occasional travel to European group sites may be required
