Airline Sales Manager London, Full time office based
Drive growth for a leading international airline Our client is looking for a commercially driven Airline Sales Manager to lead sales performance across the UK for a well-established global airline. This is a high-impact role where you’ll manage key travel trade relationships, grow corporate and leisure accounts, and drive revenue through strategic sales and market development.
You’ll take ownership of a key airline portfolio, leading sales strategy, managing performance and identifying new business opportunities across the UK market. Working closely with internal teams and international stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in shaping sales plans, pricing strategies and market growth.
Airline Sales Manager Key Responsibilities Manage and grow corporate and leisure travel accounts Develop and deliver sales strategies to achieve revenue targets Build strong relationships with travel trade partners and key stakeholders Managing a team of 4 (Sales exec, Sales support and 2 reservations agents) Deliver sales presentations, training and product updates to agents Monitor competitor activity, market trends and performance data Support pricing, promotional campaigns and commercial deals Analyse sales performance and provide insights and reporting
Airline Sales Manager key skills and experience: Experience in airline sales, account management within a TMC or airline Strong knowledge of the travel trade and airline distribution Willingness to travel and attend industry events
