Senior Business Development Manager/Engineer Work Model: Remote with Travels to the Clients’ sites Location: UK Full-time, permanent role

Key Responsibilities Drive new business acquisition across target industries (Energy, O&G, Renewables, EPC, CPG) Own the full sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closure Execute regional sales strategy and consistently achieve revenue targets within Benelux and UK region Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders (technical, commercial, procurement) Position the organization as a strategic engineering partner Promote engineering service capabilities, including: Process & plant engineering , FEED & detailed engineering, Brownfield / revamp projects Collaborate with internal engineering and delivery teams on proposals and client solutions

Requirements~8–20 years of experience in engineering services sales / business development~ Strong track record within Energy, O&G, Renewables, EPC, or Process/Plant Engineering sectors~ Proven experience selling into Benelux and UK markets~ Solid understanding of:

-Process plant lifecycle-EPC/EPCM models-FEED, detailed engineering, brownfield projects, digital engineering Experience with proposals, commercial negotiations, and complex sales cycles Confidently engaging with both technical and business stakeholders Fluent English; willingness to travel Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related discipline Preferred Existing network in Benelux / UK energy or engineering ecosystem Exposure to offshore/global delivery models Familiarity with digital engineering solutions…
