Sales Manager ESS (Residential) – UK Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 + Bonus + Car/Car Allowance + Exec Package Location: United Kingdom (remote) – Ideal locations Birmingham, West Midlands, London, Manchester

An international renewable energy solutions business specialising in photovoltaic mounting systems and solar infrastructure products.

Due to continued growth across the UK market, they are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to support business development, strengthen customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role will work closely with technical, marketing, finance, and support teams to expand market presence and deliver high-quality solutions to customers across the renewable energy sector.

Achieve annual and quarterly sales targets set by the business Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable photovoltaic mounting and installation solutions Present technical product solutions to clients both online and in person Deliver product training sessions, webinars, and presentations at trade shows and industry events Manage the full sales cycle, including quotations, proposals, negotiations, and contract discussions Support order management and ensure a high standard of customer service and delivery quality Monitor customer accounts and assist with payment collection processes Technical or commercial qualification, ideally with experience selling technical products or solutions Minimum 3 years’ sales experience within the photovoltaic (PV) or renewable energy sector Fluent English language skills; additional European languages are advantageous Strong organisational, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities Willingness to travel regularly across the UK (approximately 40–50%) Full UK driving licence required
