As a Business Manager, you will be contributing to the development and growth of your own account, engaging in business development, career management and P/L responsibilities.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT Maximise the potential of your future business unit by designing your business plan with mid-size accounts and major account of the British industrial market Create new business opportunities by prospecting new customers through cold calling/emailing Participate to the recruitment policy through the establishment of your own recruitment plan Responsible for your team career evolution (career management meetings, annual appraisal, training management…). Be in charge of the level of service of your team on your clients’ projects.
Managing your personal account, with relevancy to P&L, financial performance. Manage the customer relation and satisfaction to build long-term partnership. Manage your profitability in cooperation with other support functions (technical direction, finance) as part of the company’s financial growth. Align constantly your activity and manage the evolution of your offers to thrive in the development of a long-term relation with your customers.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree ideally in Engineering, Management or Business administration but not a detrimental if in any other field. Significant industrial experience in a relevant industry, such as Automotive, Aerospace, Energy or Défense. Demonstrable experience in leading teams and performing business development activities.
