Reporting to the Store Director and Sales Manager. Be the driving force behind sales , delivering a five-star styling experience to HNW & UHNW clients. Grow your client book through networking, events, and exceptional clientelling. Close sales confidently and exceed targets with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach. Bring the brand to life through stunning visual merchandising and in-store presentation. Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups via the CRM system to build lasting relationships. 3+ years in luxury fashion as a Senior / Sales Consultant.~ Essential your sales & styling experience must come from a luxury fashion boutique~ A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets .~ Your own HNW client book and the drive to keep growing it.~ A passion for clientelling and building lasting relationships with clients.~ Flexible, approachable, and a natural team player.~ Initiative to think outside the box to create opportunities to network and add value to achieving the boutique’s targets.~ 1-5% commission on sales (dependant on targets)~ Bonus~ Free uniform~28 days holiday~ Contributory pension & additional benefits
