With initiatives like our grain and cheese programme, were passionate about staff development and career satisfaction.Were seeking a Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen Team!What youll be doing as Chef de Partie:Collaborate closely with our senior kitchen team to maintain consistently high standards of food preparation and presentation, ensuring guest satisfaction.Oversee and manage your assigned kitchen section, coordinating daily prep schedules and ensuring smooth operations.Develop and implement comprehensive training plans tailored to the needs of junior staff, focusing on essential skills such as food preparation, presentation, and efficient workflow.Conduct routine inspections of your section to ensure compliance with internal and external hygiene and sanitation standards.Ensure that all team members strictly adhere to food safety practices, including proper handling, storage, and labelling of ingredients.Address any issues that arise during service quickly and efficiently to maintain consistent quality.Maintain knowledge of our produce and suppliers to ensure high-quality ingredient selection.Ensure a strong understanding of food safety standards and legislative requirements to uphold a 5-star EHO rating.What youll bring as Chef de Partie:Passion and knowledge of restaurants, good cooking, good sourcing of food and drink are a great headstart.
