- Deliver a polished, personalised luxury customer experience
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through CRM and clienteling
- Drive sales through styling, storytelling, upselling, and cross-selling
- Consistently achieve personal and store KPIs
THE PROFILE
- Minimum one year of experience in premium or luxury retail
- Commercially driven with strong communication skills
- Confident, polished, and passionate about luxury fashion
- Proactive sales mindset with excellent relationship-building ability
