Strategic Relationship & Sentiment Management Deeply understand each client’s business goals and ensure all campaigns, performance targets, and KPIs are perfectly aligned with their long-term objectives. Manage not just the raw data, but the client’s perception of value. Identify hidden objections and ensure clients fully understand the ROI delivered through high-level performance reviews. Executive Influence: Become the “go-to” advisor for business owners, building deep trust and guiding their digital growth strategy. Be assertive and not “take no for an answer” when ensuring technical teams and suppliers deliver the performance clients expect. Identify ways to make it easier for them to execute tasks that affect campaign performance to prevent avoidable churn.Proactive Performance & Issue Resolution Monitor account health and KPIs daily to identify “red flags” or recurring issues before the client reports it. Rapid Escalation: Proactively identify and escalate performance issues. Implement solutions immediately—prioritising action over lengthy debate to ensure timely results. Commercial Expansion: Identify and execute opportunities for account growth and service expansion, ensuring high retention and increased lifetime value. Agency Pedigree: Proven experience in a client-facing role within a digital agency. Commercial Acumen: A track record of managing multiple high-value accounts simultaneously while identifying growth opportunities. Technical Literacy: Comfortable discussing complex performance metrics and translating them into ROI narratives. A self-starter who “owns” this space and uses their own initiative to drive results without constant supervision.
