You’ll receive comprehensive onboarding, one-to-one coaching and day-one client-facing duties including face-to-face brand representation, campaign delivery and customer relationship building. No previous sector experience required — bring strong communication, professionalism and a drive to succeed.

Represent UK brands professionally in-person across Birmingham and nearby areas Support live client campaigns, day-to-day account activity and campaign delivery Build and maintain customer relationships to meet retention and growth targets Work with your team to hit performance KPIs and contribute to service improvement Learn account management, reporting and stakeholder communication

Training & progression Structured onboarding and role-specific training One-to-one coaching, regular feedback and performance reviews Development in communication, client handling and commercial fundamentals Clear, performance-based progression into account management and leadership roles
