We’re looking for an experienced Business Manager to lead and develop a small team of junior recruiters whilst continuing to bill and grow your own desk. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from either a blue collar or white collar construction recruitment background who enjoys building relationships, leading from the front, and being part of a business with genuine growth plans and earning potential.

The role: Managing, mentoring and developing a small team of recruiters Running and growing your own billing desk Building long-term relationships with new and existing clients Attending client meetings and site visits Leading by example in business development activity Supporting the growth and performance of the wider team Working within a warm, well-established market with strong brand presence
What they’re looking for: Previous recruitment experience within construction, industrial or a similar fast-paced sector Experience managing or mentoring recruiters is highly desirable Strong business development and client relationship skills Confident, charismatic and commercially driven personality Someone ambitious who enjoys being out meeting clients and developing business Motivated by progression, success and strong earning potential
