National Account Manager – Tonic Health (Fast Growing Health Brand) Grocery & High Street Retail Accounts Reports to: Director of Retail Remote but with ability to travel nationwide for customer visits (UK based)

Summary of Role – Full Time: National Account Manager will be responsible for managing commercial relationships with key retail partners across grocery and high street accounts. With a focus on increasing brand visibility and driving distribution and product listings. Responsible for delivering annual sales and account plans. Collaborating with our broader team to deliver strong execution across both physical and digital retail channels. Full Time Role: 40 Hours

Owning and developing relationships with major retail partners Delivering effective account plans and can execute them well Working with data and have a natural lean towards category management Getting your sleeves rolled up and help out in building our brand Working without clearly defined processes, taking an entrepreneurial approach to find the best solutions for our retail partners Monitoring and analysing sales performance, market data and customer insights to identify opportunities and assess risks Representing a brand which is genuinely making a difference to the Nation’s health Bringing new ideas to market & selling game-changing NPD Getting in to the detail……filling in new line forms, promotion nominations and providing product forecast details to help plan stock levels

It would help if you…. Have a good understanding of the UK retail landscape. Know about UK retail dynamics and category management principles. Skills in Account Management and Business Planning to develop and manage retail partner relationships and achieve growth targets Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to enhance partner experiences and foster lasting relationships Sales expertise to identify and seize opportunities for revenue generation Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a proactive and results-driven mindset Professional experience in retail or the health and wellness industry is a plus Hands on experience of managing either Grocery or High Street Retail Accounts at a Product Level…
