EAMA Group is a fast-growing, trade-only online auction platform specialising in asset disposal and recovery. We work with businesses across automotive, industrial, retail, and wholesale sectors to turn surplus, clearance, and distressed stock into cash quickly and efficiently. This is not a passive sales role. We are hiring an Auctions Business Development Manager who is driven, relentless, and focused on results. This is a primarily remote role, with occasional in-person days required at our Manchester office for meetings, onboarding, or team collaboration. This is a performance-led position — not a clock-in, clock-out job. You will be expected to go out and win business consistently from home through cold calling, email outreach, and persistent follow-up. You will be targeting companies with surplus stock, liquidation requirements, and ongoing clearance needs, converting them into long-term auction clients. If you are not comfortable picking up the phone daily, sourcing your own opportunities, and chasing deals, this is not the role for you. Generate new business through self-sourced leads using high-volume outbound activity (calls, emails, follow-ups) Identify and research target businesses and decision-makers Track all activity and performance through CRM systems Performance Expectations (Non-Negotiable)Daily self-generated lead sourcing and outreach Daily email outreach and structured follow-ups Weekly new client acquisition targets 100% CRM usage with accurate and up-to-date reporting Your output will be visible at all times through call logs, CRM, and results. Learn and fully understand our auction model and sales process Begin contributing measurable revenue to the business Proven experience in a high-activity, target-driven sales or business development role Experience in auctions, asset sales, liquidation, or related sectors is advantageous but not essential Anyone who needs constant supervision or motivation If you avoid picking up the phone or building your own pipeline, this role will not be a fit.
