Sales Manager Glasgow / Hybrid Working £35,000 – £45,000 basic salary + bonus/commission
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and hands-on Sales Manager to join a growing business in a hybrid working position. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys leading from the front while still being actively involved in the full sales cycle.
This role is not purely management focused – the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a small sales team while also running product/service demos, handling client meetings, and personally closing deals.
Lead, manage, and support a team of sales professionals Monitor team performance, activity levels, and sales targets Conduct regular coaching, development, and performance meetings Take a hands-on approach to sales activity and lead generation Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to close Maintain accurate pipeline management and sales reporting Drive a high-performance and positive sales culture within the team
