Reports to: Retail Manager Location: Do you have the ability to analyse data, present findings and implement interventions? You will contribute to business development strategies to ensure long-term success You will undertake financial management to ensure stores are profitable and stay within budget Be accountable as well as hold your stores accountable for overall performance e.g. customer service, people, product and day to day operations You will ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines as well as this be responsible for carrying out people process’ e.g. You will be responsible for the growth of your team in terms of recruitment and training along with succession planning to meet operational and commercial objectives Travel across your area engaging with your team as well as carrying out store audits.
