We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven, and ambitious Head of Client Partnerships to lead and grow relationships within our key beauty brands across the travel retail and experiential sectors. This is a highly commercial, revenue-focused role suited to someone who thrives on building partnerships, driving business growth, and delivering measurable results. This is an office-based position requiring strong collaboration with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients, with hands-on involvement in the day-to-day commercial operations of the business. You will work closely with key stakeholders across brands, retailers, airport partners, and internal departments to ensure successful delivery and long-term partnership growth. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns and retail activations across multiple markets.

Build, manage, and grow relationships with global and regional beauty brands Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and account expansion Identify and secure new business opportunities within travel retail and experiential marketing Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve business targets Collaborate with operations, staffing, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution Lead client presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the beauty and travel retail sectors Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and long-term retention Support budgeting, forecasting, and commercial reporting
