This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Manager based in Basildon. As the TSM you will manage your own schedule and help build relationships with potentially new customers and help maintain existing relationships. Oversee the manufacture of tooling for successful quotations, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.• Provide technical support to the mould shop, offering expertise on processing, tooling and materials. Manage the repair and modification of existing tooling when necessary to ensure optimal performance and longevity.• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions including visit reports and updates to ensure continuous growth and performance• Contribute to the creation and help maintain Marketing strategies to help support business growth.• Support and manage Apprentices from local College to help invest in the future at Rimplas.
Understanding of injection moulding process & Polymers• Experience of post moulding operations including painting, inserting and mechanical Assy would be advantageous.• Knowledge of engineering structural foam moulding (ESF) and Reaction Injection Polyurethane moulding (RIM) would be advantageous.• Interest in or experience with sales/technical sales, with a proven ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.• To apply all you need to do is send your CV to: sales@rimplas….
