Sales Manager (Player/Manager | Tech Sales) Hybrid, Nottingham 2-3 days a week Competitive Base + Uncapped OTE + Allowance
We’re partnering with a growing technology business looking to hire a hands-on Sales Manager to help drive revenue growth while mentoring and developing a high-performing sales team. This is a true player/manager role, ideal for someone who still enjoys being involved in deals, carrying a personal target, and leading from the front, while also coaching and supporting newer sales talent.
You’ll combine strategic sales leadership with individual contribution, helping shape processes, improve performance, and drive a winning sales culture.
Managing the full sales cycle from discovery through to close• Coaching, mentoring, and developing sales exec’s within the team• Supporting reps on deal strategy, objection handling, and pipeline management• Running regular 1:1s, forecasting, and performance reviews• Helping build scalable sales processes and best practices• Maintaining accurate pipeline visibility and reporting across CRM
Proven background in B2B technology or SaaS sales• Previous experience mentoring, coaching, or leading sales professionals• Strong new business and full-cycle sales capability• Able to balance personal billing with leadership responsibilities• Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills
