We’re looking for an Account Development Executive to join our high-performing B2B tech sales team and play a key role in expanding and nurturing our existing customer base. As an Account Development Executive, you’ll focus on developing and expanding relationships within our existing accounts — driving retention, upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Proactively engage existing customers – Build strong relationships through calls, emails and virtual meetings. Identify growth opportunities – Understand customer objectives, challenges and uncover expansion potential. Partner with Account Managers & Sales – Collaborate to maximise revenue within your account portfolio. Manage account activity – Maintain accurate CRM records and track engagement, opportunities and pipeline. At least 1 year in sales, account development or customer-facing commercial roles.✔️ Experience in B2B (SaaS experience a bonus).✔️ Strong relationship-building skills with confidence speaking to key stakeholders.✔️ A commercially minded approach — you naturally look for opportunities to grow accounts.✔️ Comfortable using CRM systems and managing pipelines.
