Job Title: Branch Manager Location: Salary: Up to £90,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits Role: Permanent
We are recruiting for an experienced Branch Manager to lead a large, fast-paced trade-focused operation in Acton.
This is a substantial site with a sizeable team, strong existing turnover and significant opportunity for further growth and development. The business is looking for a commercially strong, operationally focused leader who can drive standards, performance and culture across the branch.
You will take responsibility for the overall performance of the branch, leading a large operational team while working closely with senior leadership to support the long-term growth and direction of the site.
The role offers genuine autonomy, visibility and influence within the business, suited to somebody who enjoys accountability and making a measurable impact.
Overall responsibility for branch performance and day-to-day operations Improving commercial performance, efficiency and profitability Building a high-performance culture across the branch Working closely with senior leadership to support business growth Ensuring standards, compliance and operational processes are consistently maintained
Proven experience operating at Branch Manager, General Manager or Area Manager level Commercially aware with experience driving operational performance This role will suit an established operational leader looking for a senior position with real responsibility, visibility and long-term opportunity.
