As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding Insight’s footprint across your territory while protecting and elevating its premium positioning. You will act as a strategic partner to salon owners, leading commercial growth, education integration and long term brand alignment. You will also act as a key liaison between UK leadership and regional markets, ensuring Insight’s values, sustainability standards and commercial expectations are upheld at every level.
Lead strategic conversions from competitor colour and backbar brands• Monitor regional performance data to identify white space and growth opportunities
Partnership Development & Brand Stewardship• Build long-term, high-value partnerships with salon owners and teams• Ensure brand consistency across merchandising, pricing, positioning and communication• Commercial Performance & KPI Leadership• Analyse performance trends and implement corrective strategies where needed• Education & Business Development Integration• Collaborate closely with the Education Manager to integrate courses, discovery sessions and technical training into your regional strategy• Support salon teams with commercial planning, launches and promotional execution• Position Insight not simply as product based, but as a business growth partner
