Sales Development Representative Watford | Full-Time | In-Person

We work closely with a portfolio of impactful charitable organisations, helping them connect directly with communities through face-to-face engagement. Our campaigns are designed to build long-term donor relationships that allow these charities to continue delivering meaningful work across healthcare, environmental protection, humanitarian aid, and community-based initiatives.

As we continue to expand across Watford, we are looking for a confident, driven Sales Development Representative to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in active environments, and wants to develop strong communication and performance-based skills.

As a Sales Development Representative, your primary focus will be initiating meaningful, professional conversations in person — in locations where people live, work, and shop. You will help individuals understand:

How ongoing contributions support long-term sustainability You’ll be trained to confidently guide conversations, identify aligned supporters, and support compliant donor registrations.

Contribute to daily and weekly performance goals Participate in team briefings and development sessions Enjoy goal-setting and performance environments Want to build transferable sales and communication skills Can commit to full-time, in-person work in Watford

Previous experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or retail is beneficial — but not required.
