Want to develop new sales skills that will make you a top biller, leader, or even a business owner, one day?

According to Steven Bartlett in The Diary of a CEO, long-term success is built by filling five key buckets, in the right order:

Network (who you know)When you develop real, process-driven sales skills, you unlock the other buckets naturally.

In your new role, you’ll learn a proven sales process, giving you a huge edge in closing deals.

Whether you’re aiming for a leadership position or want to master high-impact sales, these skills will serve you for the rest of your career.

You’ll learn how to run a full sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying prospects, through to closing the deal and expanding the account.

You’ll have a great mentor in your corner – Paul, your sales leader.

You’ll be trained to approach sales the right way: structured, data-led, persistent, and commercially sharp.

You’ll also spend more time at home with flexible hours and fewer office days.

You’ll only need to visit the head office once every 4-6 weeks, so most of your time can be focused on what really matters – growing your sales and enjoying more time with your family.

Your company didn’t lose a single customer through Covid, showing just how reliable the service is.

You’ll be driving strategic sales across the North of England, selling your company’s market-leading range of non-woven wiping cloths, with a focus on these key areas:

Your role will be 85% focused on new business and 15% focused on managing existing accounts.

You’ll identify and win new distribution partners using internal data and marketing campaigns with face-to-face visits when the prize is big enough.

Alongside this, you’ll develop demand from end-users in healthcare, hospitality, and industrial sectors, then route it back through your distributors.

What’s great is that around 50% of high-quality leads will be generated for you; You’ll also look for growth gaps in existing accounts: introducing new ranges, supporting their sales teams, and joining end-user visits or training sessions to boost results.

You’ll handle technical questions, product queries, and support issues for around 40 accounts, generating £1.5m annually, with internal teams supporting handling most of the admin for those customers.  At least 1 year of field sales experience You prefer account management over new business and don’t enjoy opening doors.

You resist process and data – and prefer to “wing it” rather than work smart.

With market-leading products and top-tier service, they make it easier for you to succeed in sales….
