What You’ll Be Doing Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers across your region Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive growth Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for brokers Manage and develop a consistent pipeline of opportunities Represent the business professionally in all broker interactions
Key Responsibilities Conduct regular broker meetings (face-to-face and virtual), including prospecting new partners Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system Develop and manage a pipeline of new and existing business opportunities Re-engage previously quoted or lapsed opportunities to maximise conversions Stay informed on market trends and share insights with colleagues Collaborate with New Business and Renewal teams to maximise growth Support brokers with queries across new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory standards Regular reporting on pipeline, activity, and business won
