This is a hybrid role, ideal for someone with a strong network in the property finance sector who thrives on building relationships, structuring deals, and driving new business. Leverage an existing network of development finance contacts to generate new business. Identify and source new lending opportunities across bridging, refurbishment, and development finance. Cultivate long-term relationships, nurturing new and existing clients into repeat lending opportunities. Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activity, and shifts in credit appetite. Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and meetings to strengthen market presence. Ensure all loan applications adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
Background in property finance—preference for development finance, bridging and refurbishment finance. Proven networking and business development skills with a strong introducer and client network.
