Our client is a high-growth PropTech business transforming how commercial buildings manage heating, energy, and operational performance. You’ll own the full sales cycle — generating pipeline, leading discovery, running demos, building commercial proposals and closing complex, multi-site deals. This is not an account management role. Drive outbound and account-based sales activity across target sectors Own full-cycle sales: prospect → discovery → proposal → close Build commercial proposals for multi-site deployments Manage complex stakeholder environments across enterprise accounts Maintain strong CRM hygiene and forecasting discipline Experience in B2B solution or SaaS sales Confidence managing sales cycles and multiple stakeholders Ability to meet prospects F2F and travel nationally Experience building commercial proposals and negotiating contracts to close A structured approach to pipeline management with ability close multiple deals in a month
