We are seeking a Corporate Partnerships & Sponsorship Manager to secure mission‑aligned corporate relationships and commercial collaborations. You’ll identify and pitch to companies, create partnership packages, steward long‑term supporters, and unlock sponsorship opportunities across our digital ecosystem — especially our rapidly expanding YouTube channel. This role is perfect for someone commercially minded, skilled in building relationships, and confident presenting to senior stakeholders. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our corporate fundraising and generating sustainable income that fuels FAST Heroes growth globally.
Key Responsibilities Corporate Partnerships Build and manage a pipeline of UK and international corporate prospects. Identify, approach, and secure new mission‑aligned partnerships. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches. Manage long‑term corporate relationships, ensuring outstanding stewardship. Deliver partnership reporting, impact narratives, and activation plans. Digital Sponsorship & Commercial Income Develop sponsorship packages for the FAST Heroes YouTube channel and other digital assets. Work closely with content and digital teams to align sponsor visibility with programme storytelling. Explore brand collaborations, cause‑related marketing, and commercial partnership models. Secure digital sponsorships that support channel growth and global reach. Business Development Build structured revenue pipelines, forecasting income accurately. Track KPIs, report on partnership performance, and optimise engagement strategies. Represent Grandheroes with credibility in corporate settings and high‑level meetings. Skills & Experience Proven experience in corporate partnerships, business development, CSR, or commercial sponsorships. Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills. Ability to communicate compelling value propositions to senior stakeholders. Strategic thinker with high commercial awareness.
