Support the Store Manager in delivering overall commercial performance and boutique excellence within a high footfall environment Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 16-20 to consistently exceed sales targets and service expectations through story telling Drive VIP clienteling strategies, including appointments, private styling, and in-store experiences Oversee daily operations, including stock management, VM standards, and operational efficiency Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members, ensure compliance with UK labour laws and internal policies Support P&L performance through strong commercial awareness and KPI management
Strong experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Department Manager within premium / luxury fashion retail Proven success in driving sales performance within a premium / high street boutique environment Commercially driven with a strong understanding of RTW collections, fashion trends, and luxury service standards
