We’re looking for a driven, ambitious Field Sales Executive to join our high-performing HCM (Human Capital Management) sales team. You’ll be working with mid-to-large UK businesses helping them transform how they manage their people, payroll, and performance — powered by our cutting-edge HCM technology.

️ You’ll cover accounts across:
Hospitality / Retail / Tech
Drive new business and expansion within existing accounts Manage a full sales cycle — from prospecting to close
3+ years of field sales experience – ideally within HCM, payroll, finance, or back-office software~ A proven record of hitting and exceeding sales targets~ Strong consultative selling skills and commercial acumen~ Excellent relationship-building and presentation skills~ Full UK driving licence
