Retail Delivery Manager – FTC This is a chance to join a business undergoing a major transformation, delivering innovation at scale across one of the UK’s most recognisable consumer environments. You’ll play a key role in bringing new technology and retail initiatives to life, shaping how customers engage day to day.
Location: Remote Industry: Retail / Technology / Gaming Length: 4-months FTC
Lead the delivery of multiple retail projects aligned to the annual business plan Roll out new-to-market technology solutions across retail environments Manage project budgets (OPEX & CAPEX) up to £1m, ensuring strong ROI Develop and execute marketing strategies, tracking performance and spend Collaborate cross-functionally to take ideas from concept through to delivery Act as the link between commercial teams, project managers, and technical functions Partner with account teams to deliver initiatives across national retail accounts Provide strategic insights based on retailer performance, technology, and market trends Oversee third-party involvement, ensuring effective contribution to projects and BAU Ensure all projects align with responsible play standards and compliance requirements
Strong experience delivering cross-functional projects within retail or similar sectors Commercial mindset with solid financial and budget management experience Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Understanding of retail operations, customer needs, and market dynamics Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
