This is high-performance legal headhunting + commercial business development at the top end of the market.
You’ll join a high-performance team working across legal executive search and business development , building relationships with senior legal professionals and decision-makers across private practice and in-house markets.
You will start on a 180 model , owning the front end of the search process: Cold calling and market mapping senior legal talent Building and owning candidate pipelines across niche legal markets Booking high-quality meetings with candidates and your manager From day one, you’re on the phones (day 3/4), learning fast, and operating directly alongside senior consultants and managers.
Law graduates or academically strong individuals with commercial awareness Or outstanding graduates (minimum 2:1) who are genuinely exceptional
