Due to our continued growth, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team.

This is Heyoo’s first dedicated sales hire, and that’s not a footnote, it’s the point. You’ll be walking into a business that already has a strong reputation, a growing client base and serious momentum. You’ll own the full commercial cycle, identifying the right prospects, building genuine relationships, and closing deals that set clients up for long term success with Heyoo. The opportunity to shape how Heyoo sells is real, and so is the opportunity to grow with the business as it scales.

Own and drive new business development across Heyoo’s core markets Lead compelling discovery conversations that uncover the real commercial and operational challenges prospects are trying to solve Develop strategic solutions, proposals and commercial narratives that clearly articulate Heyoo’s value, working with delivery leads to make sure the story is grounded in what we can genuinely deliver Represent Heyoo at industry events, partner networks and in the HubSpot ecosystem to build visibility and generate warm pipeline Feed market intelligence back into the business, including what prospects are asking for, where competitors are positioning and where the real opportunities lie Help build the foundations of Heyoo’s sales infrastructure: playbooks, pitch materials, CRM hygiene and process

We’re looking for someone who’s wired for building. 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in a consultancy, SaaS, or technology services environment~ Familiarity with the HubSpot ecosystem and CRM/MarTech landscape; Excellent communication and presentation skills: you can adapt your style from an operations manager, to a marketing director, to a CFO~ The confidence to operate without a playbook and the good judgement to know when to ask for help~ Experience using HubSpot CRM is a strong plus, you’ll be expected to practise what we preach
