You’ll plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims and update relevant information held in Salesforce. You’ll support your manager with achieving pre planned budgets/targets. You’ll manage the pipeline accurately ensuring the line manager has/you have accurate forecasting to report back to the Sales director. You’ll maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods to optimise the quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction. You’ll maximise revenue generation of existing and new customers through upselling the company’s product catalogue and maximising contract length and value. You’ll respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods. You have experience of working with a CRM system. Your sales skills are top. You have Account Management & Upselling skills/experience.
