Business Development Manager (Electronics)c£50k + Commission + Benefits South East (Remote) | PermanentRef: An experienced Business Development Manager is required to join an established sales team, responsible for identifying, developing and supporting new customers within the electronics manufacturing sector.
This role focuses on creating a strong pipeline of new customers aligned with integrated design and manufacturing solutions, in line with the company’s strategic business plan. Particular emphasis will be placed on target markets and start-up businesses where tailored support can help drive growth ambitions.
A key element of the business development role will be ensuring a structured introduction and smooth transition of new customers into the business to support long-term development and retention. This is a remote role with occasional travel to the South East office and customer sites as required (typically flexible, potentially weekly depending on business needs).
