Senior SDR (Sales Development Representative) Location: City of London (Office-based) Salary: £37,000–£39,000 base + uncapped commission
An opportunity has opened for an experienced Senior SDR to join a results-driven sales team in the City of London.
This role is centred around high-volume outbound activity , where success is directly linked to consistency, resilience, and performance.
You’ll be responsible for driving early-stage pipeline by engaging senior decision-makers and generating qualified opportunities within a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities Carry out consistent outbound prospecting to identify new business opportunities Connect with and qualify key decision-makers across target organisations Schedule high-quality meetings and develop sales pipeline Build credibility quickly and uncover commercial challenges Keep CRM systems up to date with accurate activity and pipeline data Deliver against and exceed individual outreach and revenue targets
