Now, due to continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Sales Manager to lead and scale our mid-market and new business sales function.
This is not a “maintenance management” role. Building high-performing sales teams· Coaching and developing talent· You’ll work closely with senior leadership to shape go-to-market strategy, drive revenue growth, and help position Logicalis at the forefront of modern IT transformation.
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team· Create and execute strategic sales plans aligned to business growth targets· Build a winning culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and performance
Revenue & Commercial Performance· Own sales forecasting and pipeline visibility· Ensure consistent execution of the full sales lifecycle· Coaching & Performance· Mentor and coach sales professionals to improve performance and productivity· Conduct regular reviews, target planning, and progression conversations· Help shape the next generation of sales talent within the organisation
We’re looking for a commercially sharp sales leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
