We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager (UK Market) to lead business development, client partnership, and market expansion for Yibi Precision’s MIM precision components across the United Kingdom and European markets. You will act as the commercial and technical bridge between Yibi’s world-class manufacturing capabilities and the high-standard demands of UK and European industrial clients, driving revenue growth and establishing Yibi as a trusted MIM partner for medical devices, security & lock hardware, high-end industrial tools, and consumer electronics sectors. Identify, acquire, and develop long-term strategic clients across target industries (medical devices, security & lock hardware, high-end industrial tools, consumer electronics). Provide professional technical & commercial support, including DfM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis, project evaluation, and solution consulting. Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, client communication, quotation, sample validation, mass production and account management. Represent Yibi Precision at industry tradeshows, online seminars, and technical events to enhance brand visibility in the UK and Europe. 3-5 years of business development, sales, or account management experience in precision manufacturing, metal components, MIM, CNC, die casting, or industrial tools/medical devices supply chains. Proven track record of developing UK or European market clients and achieving sales growth. Professional proficiency in English (written & spoken). Self-driven, results-oriented, with excellent client communication and project management skills.
