As a Bid Manager, you’ll lead and deliver high-quality, compliant, and compelling bids across public and private sectors. Quality & Compliance: Ensure all submissions meet quality, branding, and governance standards. Brand Consistency: Ensure bid documents and graphics align with our brand. Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Bid Performance Tracking: Monitor bid metrics, conduct post-bid reviews, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in bid management.
Bid Management Experience: Proven success in managing and winning complex bids. Proposal Writing: Strong understanding of the bid lifecycle and effective proposal writing. Software Proficiency: Experience with bid management software and MS Office. Project Management: Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
